From the desk of Ava Martin, reviewer:
Wouldn't it be wonderful to find a way to lose weight without killing yourself? A way for your body to burn up all the calories you ate and then some? For those of us who have tried everything to lose weight, THERE FINALLY IS A SOLUTION--THAT WORKS!
Whether it's calorie cutting, carb cutting, or just plain old starving yourself, we've all seen the claims of how all these people are losing weight and how you can do the same thing. You may have even tried some (or all) of them. Believe me--I have. I've tried so many different diets, you could call me a "professional dieter". Yeah, they all work...for the first few days. But who could possibly live on 500 calories a day forever? Or who could live without carbs for the rest of their lives? Definitely not me. I decided to officially put these diet plans to the test. I researched each plan and followed it to the letter for 2 weeks, while keeping a journal of my results.
I tried calorie cutting first. I wrote down every drop and morsel I put into my mouth. Not only was it a royal pain to try to keep track of every calorie, but I was starving most of the time. Plus I was cranky from being so hungry. Then I moved on to carb cutting. I definitely wasn't hungry after eating all the bacon I wanted, but I felt sluggish from all the fats in the "low-carb" foods I was eating. I also found that not only was my beloved toast out of the question, I couldn't even eat "healthy" foods such as carrots or apples. I quickly discovered that none of these plans were right for losing weight and keeping it off.
Then I found the "diamond in the rough". I came across the Negative Calorie Diet while doing some research online. At first its claims of "Lose 14 lbs. in 7 days" seemed incredulous, but after failing over and over again with other diets, I decided to give it a try. Not only did I get to eat foods I love (like pineapple!) but I got to EAT UNTIL I WAS SATISFIED! I wasn't hungry all day like I was on the other plans, and I wasn't cranky or sluggish. I even had enough energy to take a short walk in the evenings--something I've never really done before. Needless to say, the weight just seemed to fall off! Because the Negative Calorie Diet works with your digestive system and your metabolism, it causes your body to BURN FAT 24 HOURS A DAY! That's definitely more than I could ever burn starving myself!
The Negative Calorie Diet comes in eBook form, so you can download it onto any computer instantly. Not only does it come with information on Negative Calorie foods, it also includes a cookbook to utilize those foods, a section on exercises that speed your metabolism, and a workbook so you can keep track of your success and meet your goal.
Well, my search for a weight loss solution has come to an end. I have to say I was disappointed with most of the diet plans out there, and I suggest you don't waste your time and energy on short-lived diet fads. I strongly advise you to turn your body into a fat burning machine with the Negative Calorie Diet. As they say...YOU HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE BUT FAT!
Good luck with your weight loss endeavors.
All the best,
Ava Martin
